App And Account Help
Send a brief description of the issue, the device you are using, and any relevant error message. Do not send sensitive health, nutrition, or personal information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
Account Deletion Questions
You can delete your account in the app. If you have questions about deletion status or need help after using the in-app deletion flow, contact support and include the email address associated with your Ulu account if available.
Privacy And Data Requests
For privacy or data questions, email support with the subject "Privacy Request". You can also review the Privacy Policy.
Bug Reports
For Alpha bug reports, include what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and roughly when the issue occurred. Request IDs or screenshots are helpful when available.
